If you use a desktop, go to the Investor Relations Page of Aktionariat and find the widget there.
If you use a mobile phone, open the Aktionariat Portfolio App and navigate to the Portfolio tab. Select DAKS and tap “Buy/Sell”.

Step 2. Specify Sale Offer Details
Enter the number of shares you want to sell as well as the price per share.
Optionally, add a publicly visible message to this trade.
Select your preferred payment method: bank transfer (money into your bank account) or cryptocurrency (Frankencoin ZCHF into your wallet).
You will see the payout amount. Note that a 1.9% processing fee applies when selling.

Step 3. Connect Your Wallet (if you use desktop)
* If you use a phone, your wallet will be automatically connected and you can skip to step 4.

Connect it. If you use Aktionariat Portfolio App, you will receive the confirmation message in the app.
Click “Proceed” once the wallet is connected.

Validate your personal data or insert it. Make sure your data is up to date.

Step 5. Bank Transfer Details (if applicable)
If you chose bank transfer, fill in your bank details and click “Proceed”. If you chose cryptocurrency, skip to step 6.

Step 6. Review and Allow Selling
Review the details of your sale offer and click “Proceed to Signing”.
To enable selling shares, sign a transaction using your wallet by clicking “Allow Selling” and confirming in the app. Note that this requires a transaction fee in ETH. SEnsure you have sufficient ETH balance or follow the instructions here to buy ETH.
Click “Proceed” once the transaction was signed.
Step 7. Finalize Your Offer
Provide signatures to finalize the offer. Click “Sign” and confirm in your wallet.

Once signed, click “Proceed”.

Step 8. Identification through DFX (if applicable)
If you choose a bank transfer and your sale offer amount is higher than CHF 1000, the identification through DFX is required. This identification should be completed once.
Click “Identity Verification” and follow the process.
Step 9. Completion and Notifications
Congratulations! Your sale offer has been submitted.
You will receive an email with the details of your offer. Notifications will also be sent via email once someone matches your offer.
Check the status of your offer in the “My Offers” section of the widget, where you can see open matched and completed offers.
If you want to delete one of your offers, choose the offer and click “View”. Click “Delete” and confirm the deletion.
Guidelines for a Buyer
Step 1. Access the Secondaries Widget
If you use a desktop, go to the Investor Relations Page of Aktionariat and find the widget there.
If you use a mobile phone, open the Aktionariat Portfolio App and navigate to the Portfolio tab. Select DAKS and tap “Buy/Sell”.

Step 2. View Sale Offers
Browse the list of sale offers. Sort by price, date or number of shares.
Step 3. Initiate Purchase
Click “Buy” on the desired sale offer.
Review the sale offer details and enter the number of shares you want to buy (up to the maximum offered).
Select your payment method: bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Follow the instructions here if you need to buy cryptocurrency.
Step 4. Connect Your Wallet (if you use desktop)
* If you use a phone, your wallet will be automatically connected and you can skip to step 4.

Click “Proceed” once the wallet is connected.

Review the transaction overview and click “Proceed to Signing”

If you choose a bank transfer and your buy offer amount is higher than CHF 1000, the identification through DFX is required. This identification should be completed once.

Congratulations! You have initiated the purchase of shares.
You will be notified by email once the issuer approves the trade.
You can view your matched offers in the “My offers” section of the widget.
If you want to delete your offer, choose the offer and click “View”. Click “Delete” and confirm the deletion.
Step 9. Proceed with Payment if a bank transfer was chosen
If you choose bank transfer, proceed with the payment as instructed via email or the last screen of the process.
